Matching methylation and expression with only 2 samples

Hello,

I have methylation and expression values: beta values and rpkm for treated, untreated (2 conditions, 2 samples). I know this is too little but I really need to integrate these data, and correlating would only result in +1,-1 because of having only 2 conditions for methylation and expression.

What else could I do?

Thank you very much

What's your actual biological goal?

I want to at least give some meaning to my data until i have the rest of the samples available (in a month from now). I want to check if there is some sort of relationship between the expression and methylation on rats that have been treated with a drug and rats that have not been treated. I have:

methylation_treated(rat1) methylation_untreated(rat1) expression_treated(rat1) expression_untreated(rat1) expression_treated(rat 2) expression_untreated (rat2)
