Hi, How can I download all the genes of Arthropoda coding for proteins with more than 150 amino acids.

Do you want NCBI genes identifers or something else?

Indeed, I am using NCBI to download the coding genes.

Go to the NCBI Nucleotide database.
Click Advanced.
In Builder, select:
- Organism: Arthropoda
- Feature Key: cds
- Sequence Length: 450:1000000000
Click Search

After the results are displayed (direct link to results), click Sent to > Complete Record > File > Format: Accession List.

If you want to use UniProt, you can do the following query: https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/?query=taxonomy%3Aarthropoda%20length%3A%5B150%20TO%20*%5D&sort=score&columns=id%2Centry%20name%2Creviewed%2Cgenes%2Corganism-id%2Clength

Note that the column layout can be modified (for the above URL, I removed protein names and organism, added organism identifier), and you can download the results in tab-delimited format.
