Hi My work is on RNA-Sequencing. I need universal adapter sequences for illumnina Hi-Seq 2000 and 2500. can anyone suggest.

actually exist lots of adapters, and its use depends on many things, if you want to trim them from you data I think you have to ask directly which were used to prepare your library.
