This is very broad, what do you need exactly? expression data set could mean a lot of things:

  • assembled transcripts
  • gene or transcript counts
  • alternative splicing data
  • normalized data ...

Specially I am searching expressions such as disease or nondisease, mutation or non-mutation.

What do you want to do with the data, I am guessing you want to learn how to run some pipelines/tools on them, and the data need to be from which species?

Yeah, that will be my next step. First I need to understand the data structure and what parameters are included. I am searching data set related to homo-sapience.
