Dear All, I have a sample which has Tumor cells and immune cells together. I planed to do RRBS sequencing on this samples. Is there anyway to separate those cell types after sequencing? I want to work only on the CpGs coming from Tumor cells. Many thanks in advance, Rahel

Is there a reason you deleted this? It's actually a very good question (that there may not be a ready prepackaged answer to).

Dear Davon,

I am not sure If you see my answer via e-Mail. I deleted it because I did not get any answer and I have many of those questions without answer! I can write it again if it was useful. By the way there is MeDeCom package out and I am trying that on RnBeads data and I hope to use it for Convolution of RRBS data.

Kind regards, Rahel

I've reopened the post. In general, we like to keep posts open even if they don't get an answer, since one might come later and then people can find it via google.
