Venn diagram in R

I have data sets like this

gene                FOLD_UP_DOWN
ACTL6A              down
ACTL6B              up
ACTR5               up
ACTR8               down

another data set

gene         FOLD_UP_DOWN
RARA            up
RNF40          down
RUVBL2        down
SETD1A         down
ACTR8          down

I can create venn diagram in online tools but i want to create it in R can anyone show me an example i have seen library but its confusing ...Any help would be highly appreciated
