I want to download the human annotation from NCBI Genomes. Searching the term human in

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/

I redirects me into

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/?term=human

So, when I click to GFF in order to download the annotation, the downloaded file is way too small. What's going on? I found the same issue with the ftp:

ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCA/000/001/405/GCA_000001405.26_GRCh38.p11/

Thank you.
