I came across today wiht docker and how useful it is, the eprson at presentation spoke only about specific hello world example. I was wondering if there is some tutorial that teaches how to buil and use a docker image for rna seq analysis for example image with fastqc,trimmomatic,hisat2, stringtie etc..

Thanks.

For most common tools there are already docker images, since every tool in bioconda has a docker image made for it automatically.

You can search for containers in bioinformatics in www.biocontainers.pro/registry or request for them in github.com/BioContainers
