Hi,
I am analyzing Human methylation 450k data , as we know it assays more than 450,000 CpG site but i don't know anything about its probes , does each probe contain one CpG site or more, How do these probes share?
check this https://cancergenome.nih.gov/abouttcga/aboutdata/platformdesign/illuminamethylation450
it does not open the site.
try with http: instead of https:
