Hi all, I recently read a paper <impact of="" regulatory="" variation="" from="" rna="" to="" protein="">,and i was confused by the method used in this paper---Interaction Model for Comparison of Effect Sizes Across Phenotypes. And the paper says:http://ibb.co/d92Qy5.

And i am very new to statistical,So, questions are following:

1)LRT test was used, but are the two models nested? If so, the B_tg in the full model includes the B_g in the reduced model?

2)How to identify the specific-QTLs using the method in http://ibb.co/d92Qy5 in R program?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
