Does anybody know how to merge two dosage files into one file? Thank you in advance!

This is an example. Any ways besides just copy and paste?

Could you please explain what do you mean by merging this two files? If you can give an example of two separate input files and desired output, we^ as a Biostars' community will help you much faster.

Right now I can just guess what you want. Random guess is that you want to concatenate files into a single file.

cat input_file1 input_file2 > merged_file

But I assume you need some statistical analysis and a model for proper merging =)
