recently I am analyzing the mciroRNA sequencing data, but the problem is that my sequencing data don't have repeat, which means every sample that I sent to company just has been sequenced once. so I was wondering is there any appropriate and better method to analyze the data. thank you

You may want to specify what the aim is of your analysis, and how many samples you do have.
