Dear all, perhaps a stupid question but... I try to look at snp distribution in population using 1000genomes ensembl browser. When I look at pie charts concerning the MAF in population (all, african, american, ...), for some snp, the color of the chart is red and blue but in another case these colors are yellow and green..... or green and blue. I was not able to find an explanation about the meaning of these different colors in the documentation. Have you an idea?

some examples: http://browser.1000genomes.org/Homo_sapiens/Variation/Population?db=core;g=ENSG00000145335;r=4:90645250-90759466;v=rs2870027;vdb=variation;vf=2130417

Looks to me like standard A,C,T,G color coding (like if you use IGV genome browser, each nucleotide has a default color assigned)
