Hi all

I am interested in finding oncogenes that will be dominant to cancer-disease.

I searched the information about MEK pathway on the website and I found that RAS and FGFR genes are relevant to this Pathway. Since I am not an expert of biology subject, I have a bit of hard time understanding its process and its relevant genes.

Is there any information about the gene list that are relevant RAS/MEK pathway?

It is certainly possible to retrieve gene lists for pathways. But you will need to be more specific about what you have done. What is "the website"? And where did you see a pathway named RAS/MEK?

Your best bet is to use Pubmed. There isn't a good way to automate trying to understand the current state of knowledge for a particular pathway or process. You have to go out there and read papers. Unless I am really misunderstanding the kind of question you are asking.

I believe that you should really start with the Cell Signalling's MAPK Kinase Pathway and wiki
