I am looking a list of the most-frequently mutated metabolic genes in human cancers, could you please suggest me related database/resources.

Other people had better answers but this may also be helpful: http://www.hmdb.ca/ This is Human Metabolome Database and I think they have links to some KEGG pathways, some which are relevant for cancers, and you could try to dig up mutations in those pathways.

I don't think any such database is there to my knowledge. Mutations could cause cancer (BRCA, BRAF, TP53 etc), cancer could cause mutations (L1 retrotransposition, edited retrogenes etc etc.)

your query could be done by downloading somatic mutation database in human cancers from cosmic

then you get the gene lists that's harbouring frequent mutations followed by its pathway or ontology analysis to see if they fall into metabolic pathways

Did you check TCGA portal : https://gdc-portal.nci.nih.gov/ and ICGC portal https://dcc.icgc.org/ ? They are some filter where you can query a gene list.
