Double check plasmid existence from NGS assembly

We assembled single species PacBio data into a chromosome and a plasmid. Is it possible to validate plasmid existence just in silico, not wet lab.

Hi, what about the coverage level, sometimes when plasmids are in multiple copy number we can see that in the coverage rate.

I recently came across this: "plasmidSPAdes: Assembling Plasmids from Whole Genome Sequencing Data", maybe you could give it a try.
