I might be the biggest stalker of HOMER software. Is there anyone or anyontact that I ask my questions related with the software. Unfortunately, Chris Banner does not reply my emails.

I agree, the HOMER documentation is not clear. However (re)reading needed parts and some experimentation really helps.
