Read length distribution of PacBio

Hello, I need the distribution of reads length generated from PacBio sequencer. can i find an histogram,....? because i would like to create a file with reads similary to the distribution of long reads generated by PacBio (like number of reads, length of reads,...). Can you help me?

You could get some real pacbio datasets and then calculate this yourself. PacBio makes a selection available here or you can also use SRA/ENA.

no, I just want to get the distribution of reads . I want to create a sequence file ( long Reads ) very similar to the PacBio distribution. as if the long reads generated by the sequencer PacBio .

You can find this information in their own blog

But be aware that they change the chemistry and tune the DNA polymerase to improve this very rapidly

thanks for the link. but in the first histogram. The number of all reads is the sum all bars of the histogram? thanks
