Hello I install gff3 _to_ embl for the conversion gff format to embl format for submission to ENA but I was unable to execute gff3_to_embl and I got the following error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/root/sanger-pathogens/gff3toembl/scripts/gff3_to_embl", line 8, in <module> from gff3toembl import EMBLWriter ImportError: No module named gff3toembl
you can give me a solution
Which python version do you use, how did you install the tool?
I used Python version 2.7 I installed it from github
