GERP score for all positions

Hello Guys,

I have downloaded hg19.GERP_scores.tar.gz from http://mendel.stanford.edu/SidowLab/downloads/gerp/ and now I am seeing some files with extension .maf.rates. I am not seeing any file for conservation score in that folder. Am I missing some thing ? Could you please help me pn this .

Is their someway to convert this .maf.rates file into per base conservation scores. I am actually for .per base conservation score whole Human Genome.

Do you know Perl? Have you considered using Ensembl for this? We've got a FAQ exactly on this theme. Since you are interested in GRCh37 (hg19), you will start from these alignments. Check one of the READMEs for more info on what EMF is, etc.
