Hi Does anyone know how to interpret DAVID "UCSC_TFBS" which is under "Protein_Interactions" on the "Annotation Summary Results" page? Does it mean that given a list of genes, there is a transcription factor binding site in the UCSC database which interacts with one or more of the genes in the gene list? Thanks !!

It is the list of TFs that have their binding sites enriched in the promoters of your gene set according to UCSC TFBS track.

Note that the DAVID database seem to get no updates since 2009 (Is the DAVID knowledgebase not updated any more? ), so you better use Panther database for GO analysis and in-house scripts that use up-to-date genome annotations for TFBS enrichment tests.
