Conversion to PLINK format

I have 3 types of file format : .geno .ind and .snp . How do I convert those files to PLINK format that is .ped and .map format?

It is difficult to tell how your file looks like. Can you show us how the files look like? e.g. Show us the output of 

head ????.geno
head ????.ind 
head ????.snp
