S.Pombe Intron Coordinates

Hi everyone

I am working on RNA Seq data from S.pombe genome. I need coordinates for the introns of all the genes for the genome. I looked into pombase but failed to find the intron coordinates.

I need it in this format

chromosome intron_st intron_end gene_name

Any help would be really appreciated

You will have to transform coding sequence coordinates from here into intron coordinates.
Pick few genes with introns you know, check the format in i.e. chromosome3.coords and use Python/Perl/whatever.
