Tools to "bin" DNA methylation reads into different areas of gene structure

Hi, any idea on how to plot such a graph of DNA methylation profiles over a gene structure? Any software?

From what I have learnt, it should be binning these reads on 1 out of 10 for every features and then plot them over.
