total number of peaks vs putative peaks

I have done some chip-seq analysis, and I have got 560 total number of peaks and 860 putative peaks ? what is answer to this question ? limit of peak hight was 144, is that means putative peaks are above tha limit those are false postive not included in total number of peaks?

what you mean by pakage? I used Homer findPeaks factor-200 command

By package I mean whatever program you were using for analysis (so in this case Homer). That isn't a program I've heard of before so I don't know what the output means
