Please can someone provide a protein alignment of wild type haemoglobin beta subunit with the mutant Q6V Haemoglobin and the mutant E121Q haemoglobin

hum, sorry but don't you just have to copy and paste the wild sequence 3 times, and change the AA at position 6 and 121 ?

hm... well technically the change is from Glutamic acid to Valine to it should be E6V instead of Q6V the other one is ok. so you go to the NCBI : http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/protein/4504349?report=fasta take the sequence,make changes and align. Do you need a quick tutorial on how to do those things? I can see this to be a challenge it you are just starting with bioinformatics.
