Hi All,

I went through this paper on promoter atlas in FANTOM5, my question is that do they have cell wise CAGE dataset or is it global , as I cannot see the cell wise CAGE expression on their website.

Hi:

Are you asking if they have cell-line/cell-type specific data to view? The answer is yes. A link to their ZENBU genome browser can be found here; you can add/remove certain datasets as tracks. While ZENBU works fine, for my use cases I prefer to use IGV for various reasons, including its flexibility. For example, you can load datasets on custom servers (ie iPlant Atmosphere) and it has integration with bedtools as well.
