Hello all,

Last time I asked about cancer datasets on here somebody very kindly directed me to the TCGA, which was perfect! I'm now trying to confirm my results with another dataset. Does anybody know of any cancer datasets which include both CNV and clinical data? (I don't need very complicated clinical data, just survival time.)

I've had a look at the ICGC, but they strangely seem to be missing survival time data for breast cancer, which is one of the cancers I definitely need to confirm.

Thanks,
Stephanie

Will array-based CNVs work? If so, I suggest you check out METABRIC dataset. It has a large number of breast cancer profiles and also have survival data. You will need to apply for access though I think: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn1688369
