Is there a website with updated price per 10^9 base pairs values of different sequencing platforms?

This is, from extracted DNA to files with fastq.gz reads, with quoted prices from the sequencing provider.

After navigating http://allseq.com/ for a while, I only found info for the XTen $1000 service, but not for update PacBio or MiniION estimates.

I consider the Field Guide to Next Generation (2011) sequencing as one of my go-to sources for this information.

There are yearly updates to this paper on this site: http://www.molecularecologist.com/next-gen-fieldguide-2014/

but this is of course the cost to a facility not a cost of a service. For that you may want to check Genohub

Does anybody have updated/expected costs per Gb for PacBio's latest chemistry announced in mid October 2014? And an average MinION throughput per run, which lists at $1000 a run on ONT's website?
