Is it possible to use Lositan for one population?

Dear all,
I have two populations and one of them shows very low genetic diversity compared to another one. I used Lositan software to detect the Fst outliers in both populations together. Now I am thinking to use Lositan only for each populations separately?

The assumption is I expect that one of my population is being subjected to selection more than the another one. So, I want to check the Fst outliers in each populations separately then I could chek my assumption.

I am not sure if my idea right or wrong because it is my second day to use Lositan.

I hope that my idea is clear and some one could help.

Fst is a between population statistic -- it's not defined for one population.

You could also look at within-population measures of selection like Tajima's D and similar.
