I'm a bioinformatics postdoc working in Michaela Frye's lab at the Stem Cell Institute, University of Cambridge. My current project focuses on the role of RNA methylation in genome regulation, and uses data from a range of methods including mRNA-seq, sRNA-seq, bisulfite sequencing, CLIP, and most recently, ribosomal profiling. More broadly, I am interested in studying different levels of genome regulation, and how they interact to determine developmental outcomes. I also do freelance science writing.
