Off topic:Error in LDMAP program: Calculating LD units between each SNP on a chromosome

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use the LDMAP program to calculate LD-units between all SNPS on each chromosome. I have never used a C program before and I am finding it incredibly confusing. When I try and run my data through the shell script LDMAP it comes up with an error: "line 1: ldmapper1: command not found". Has anyone else had the same problem and could help?
