Dear great helpers,
As mentioned in the post title, can surrogate variable (sva) batch correction in MeDIP-seq analysis using MEDIPS package? I must admit that I'm very new to such analysis and pretty poor at the concept. I would be deeply gratitude if someone could show me an example for such correction.
