How to predict receptors of a ligand?

Hi, Biostars. I want to predict the receptors of a ligand. Are there any tools I can use? or any suggestions?

Hi,

I am not sure if you can predict receptor for a ligand. But if you have some two or three ligands at least, you do pharmacophore modeling. Using this model you can search for more related ligands from various databases such as DrugBank, NCI etc.
