Hello all,

I am trying to make RIGER work through GENE-E. Earlier I tried adding the RIGER extension to home directory as instructed at https://software.broadinstitute.org/GENE-E/extensions.html. But could not make it work.

Has anyone faced any issue similar to above while using RIGER through GENE-E. Are there any other alternative tools for RIGER analysis? Please let me know. Thank you

Regards, Ashwani

What means "could not make it work"? What were the error messages? What was the command you used?

Hi,

This is what I did

1) Download the RIGER.jar file

2) Put it in the extensions directory. (/home/GENE-E/extensions)

3) Launched the GENE-E

After launching GENE-E (GUI), where should I navigate to find the RIGER option? I am not getting any error message. I am having difficulty in navigating RIGER extension. Please help.

Thank you Ashwani

After launching GENE-E, it will be under the "Tools" tab
