Off topic:How do you use BioPython in an application deployed on Heroku?

I need to make a web application using Python and Django. The application needs to be deployed on Heroku. And the app will need to use BioPython. When the app is deployed on Heroku, how will it access BioPython? Do I need to do anything specific to my Heroku account? Do I need to have BioPython in my Git repository?

Note: I'm a beginner at Django, Heroku, and Git, so step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm using a PC if that makes any difference.
